摘要 从中、西医角度探讨慢性唇炎的病因病机和治法。李元文教授认为慢性唇炎以脾胃湿热为主，兼有心脾积热，提出了“湿热化燥”病机思想;在治疗方面以“湿热化燥”为病机思想基础，兼顾“辨人、辨病、辨证、对症”的“三辨一症”的治疗思想，通过横向纵向交叉治疗，取得满意疗效，并附验案1则，以资佐证。
